Job Description

The Role:

You’ll design, develop, and optimise solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, working across multiple clients and projects. Expect hands-on problem-solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration. Things to expect:

  • Deliver technical solutions aligned with time, budget, and quality standards.
  • Leverage your Power Platform expertise (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Build Microsoft-based solutions (O365, Project Online/Web, Dynamics 365).
  • Work across multiple clients and projects with shifting priorities.
  • Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Apply best practices in development, integration, and solution design.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

Desired Skills and Experience

Sound interesting? Here’s the key skills set you’ll need to qualify:

  • 2-5 years in a similar role with relevant qualifications.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft platforms and development tools.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, C#, SQL, TypeScript, React, and Fluent UI.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and build/release pipelines.
  • Strong BI/reporting skills using Microsoft tools.
  • Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure, O365) highly valued.
  • Excellent problem-solving, time management, and client-facing skills.
  • Understanding of project and financial management principles.
  • Australian citizenship is required for supporting our government clients.
