Job Description

The Role:

We're looking for someone to be the bridge between our clients and our technical team, helping deliver Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) software solutions. You’ll work closely with clients to understand how they manage projects and help design a solution that meets their needs. This includes configuring, implementing, and integrating the technology into their business.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead projects from start to finish – from early sales discussions to delivery and handover.
  • Understand client needs and turn them into practical technical solutions.
  • Run workshops and gather requirements, documenting them clearly.
  • Help our sales team by demonstrating products and supporting presales efforts.
  • Explain technical details in a way non-technical people can understand.
  • Juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Contribute to the growth and direction of Sensei.

Desired Skills and Experience

Sound interesting? Here’s the key skills set you’ll need to qualify:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a similar IT project management role.
  • Experience leading client projects and engagements.
  • Solid knowledge of project management and PPM best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Project tools).
  • Great communication and client engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and analytical abilities.
  • Able to match technology solutions to business needs.
  • Organised and able to manage competing deadlines.
  • Experience in both project and financial management is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications and Microsoft certifications are desirable.

 And here's what we value:

  • People trust you – You’re not just a project manager; you’re a problem solver.
  • You’re curious – Always learning, always improving.
  • You embrace challenges – The tricky stuff excites you.
  • You thrive in a collaborative, fun environment – Work hard, but enjoy the journey.
  • You are values led – At Sensei, we actively live our values every day and are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
