Job Description
The Role:
As a bridge between our clients and technical teams, you’ll lead the functional implementation of our Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions. You’ll work closely with our public sector clients to understand their needs, run engaging workshops, and translate requirements into clear, actionable specifications.
Things to expect:
Working directly with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Hosting workshops and facilitating productive, outcomes-focused discussions.
Translating requirements into clear, usable documentation for project teams.
Demonstrating our Altus product to clients.
Collaborating with project managers, developers, and consultants to deliver great outcomes.
Supporting testing, user adoption, and change management activities.
Flexibility to move between projects depending on demand.
Helping ensure our solutions align with compliance and security standards.
Contributing to internal knowledge, processes, and team development.
Desired Skills and Experience
Sound interesting? Here’s the key skills set you’ll need to qualify:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role (Functional Consultant or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform.
Experience working with government or public sector clients.
Ability to write functional specs and guide technical teams.
Workshop facilitation skills and a passion for client engagement.
Australian citizenship (required for security clearance).
Confident communication and facilitation skills.
Strong understanding of agile ways of working.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
Technical knowledge of Microsoft products & Office 365 highly regarded.
Microsoft Dynamics certifications highly regarded.
